Tech support for the Ocean Liberator comes directly from Peddinghaus who have more than sixty service personnel dedicated to machine installation, warranty and technical support.

There are outside field service technicians dedicated to the Ocean Machines including the Ocean Liberator, and these techs are situated across the country for rapid deployment when you are in the need of service.

Inside Tech Support

Additionally we have several inside service techs that are located at the Peddinghaus Tech Support Center who will provide fast efficient solutions to your problems over the phone.

Remote Diagnostic Service

Moreover, through your Internet connection or telephone connection,  these inside service techs are to remotely access your machine and see what the problem is, greatly speeding up the support process and minimizing your downtime.

12 Months Parts and Labor Warranty

The Ocean Liberator is supplied with a 12 month warranty on parts and on-site labor.

If your Ocean Liberator Beam Coping Machine breaks down during the warranty period, factory service technicians will get your machine up and producing in the shortest amount of time possible, at no cost to you.

Beyond the warranty period, factory on-site technical support is provided at reasonable market prices.
