- this beam coping machine is the real deal, and it
was met with an overwhelming reception. It is flexible,
affordable and it can cope anything that you can cut by hand.
It also bevels in the web as well as the flange, making those
full-pen weld preps simple and fast.

The Ocean Liberator CNC Beam Coping
machine is the most affordable beam
coping solution on the market. It will
allow you to significantly reduce your
man hours per ton and dramatically

The Ocean Liberator is superbly
versatile and allows coping of beams,
channels, tube, plate, angle and
channel. It will cut to length and do
all copes including rat holes and moment
connections, flange thinning, flange
stripping, dog bones, mechanical cut
outs, J-Allen hooks, miter cuts, double

The Ocean Liberator uses all
commercially available cutting gases
including Acetylene, Propane, MAPP and
Natural Gas. Operation is simple and
fast and requires only basic knowledge

The simple design of the Ocean Liberator makes it simple
to program and operate. The machine can be programmed
manually or you can import compliant DSTV files from 3-D
framework detailing software, directly into the machine.

will also train your operators in the operation and

Trinity Products use the Ocean Liberator 5-axis CNC coping machine to cope bridge beam, eliminating manual layout and hand torching, reducing fit-up errors and reducing time spent welding. The Ocean Liberator typically completes their copes in 1/10th the time it would take to do manually.

show how the beams looked once they were coped on the
Ocean Liberator CNC Beam Coping Machine, and some pieces
had minor cleanup using a chipping hammer.
